Cancellation and Refund Policy

At WebApp Digital Agency, we strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions and services tailored to your business needs. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations or refund requests may be considered.
1. Service Cancellation
1.1. Cancellation by Client
- Clients may request a cancellation of services by submitting a written request to contact@webappdigitalagency.com.
- For project-based services (e.g., website development, branding):
- Cancellations requested within 48 hours of project initiation may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative or consulting fees.
- If work has already commenced or deliverables have been partially completed, no refund will be issued. However, we will share any work completed up to that point.
- For ongoing monthly services (e.g., SEO, social media management):
- Clients must provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to the renewal date to cancel future billing cycles.
- No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once services have commenced.
1.2. Cancellation by WebApp Digital Agency
- We reserve the right to cancel a service or terminate a client relationship due to breach of agreement, abusive behavior, or non-payment.
- In such cases, we will attempt to resolve the issue first and, if applicable, provide a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of prepaid services.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. Digital Services
Due to the nature of digital services and customization involved, we generally do not offer refunds once work has begun or after project delivery.
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:
- Service not delivered as agreed in writing.
- Severe delay or non-performance caused solely by WebApp Digital Agency and not due to client delays or scope changes.
Note: Refunds will not be issued for:
- Client change of mind.
- Delays caused by the client (e.g., not providing timely feedback, approvals, or content).
- Third-party service fees (e.g., hosting, domains, ad budgets).
2.2. Advance Payments
Advance payments or deposits made for securing project slots or resource allocation are non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To initiate a cancellation or refund request, please email us at contact@webappdigitalagency.com with:
- Your full name and contact information.
- Description of the service purchased.
- Reason for the request.
- Any relevant documentation or evidence (if applicable).
We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
4. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding cancellations or refunds, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
5. Policy Updates
WebApp Digital Agency reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Website.
